When you’re a foreigner in Hungary (or almost anywhere else), you
have to face a lot of difficulties, partly related to the language
and partly to “the way things work”. Simple things like getting
satellite, cable TV or internet installed, your AC or TV repaired
(by a decent repairman!), taking care of various utilities (gas,
electricity, water, telephone, insurance) can become a huge headache.
If you are living in Hungary, you can contact us for one-time help
or regular assistance. If you are mostly located abroad, we can
offer you key-holding, regular check-ups of your place, or help
with renting it.

For Owners Living Abroad
Owning real estate in a foreign country
can be challenging because it is difficult to keep an eye on the property,
the tenant, the utilities, the building's affairs and so on from afar.
For a small monthly fee, we will take this burden off your shoulders.
If you own
an apartment and do not live in it, you may need someone to:
- check on the place periodically
- pick up mail
- notify you of any broken appliances or other required
repairs
- collect rent from the tenant
- pay the bills
- represent you at building assemblies
- serve as a general contact and keyholder for your
property
Monthly fee: 70-100 euro+VAT
Yearly fee: 700-1000 euro+VAT
No-Problem Package
If you are optimistic and do not expect any problems to arise with
your apartment, we can offer you a simplified option, which includes:
one visit to the apartment per month to check
the apartment
collecting rent from your tenant
Monthly fee: 50 euro+VAT
Yearly fee: 500 euro+VAT

Holiday Package
For
expats living in Hungary but traveling often, we offer weekly service
packages that include key-holding, watering plants, taking care of
pets, checking the mailbox, and whatever else requires a watchful
eye.
While you
are out of town, we will take care of your place, including:
- checking on the place periodically
- watering the plants
- feeding the cat/arranging a dog-sitter
- picking up mail and paying bills
- arranging for cleaning before your return
Weekly fee: 80-160 euro+VAT (depending
on your requirements)
Additional services
You may require some services that are not included in the packages
above. We are happy to assist you with these tasks on an hourly basis, and offer you a package discount for pre-payment of 10 hours or more.
